Cancellation Policy
Starting August 1st 2025
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 2 hours in advance from the time of your appointment.
Does not apply any fees, if done with time.
A 10-minute grace period will be applied to all appointments to keep things running smoothly.
Late arrival can lead to a cancellation.
After 3 cancellations or no-shows, a 50% service fee will be charged.
